Where are your servers located?

What is web hosting?
Web hosting stores your website’s files, databases and e-mail on a server that is connected to the internet around the clock, so visitors can open your site at any time.
Web hosting or VPS – which one do I need?
Web hosting is the easy choice for websites, WordPress and e-mail: we take care of the server and you manage everything in DirectAdmin. A VPS is your own virtual server with full root access, for when you want to install your own software or need guaranteed resources.
What is a domain name?
A domain name is the address people type to reach your website, such as www.yourbusiness.com. It replaces the numeric IP address of the server.
Is the domain included with hosting?
No. You can register a new domain or transfer an existing one during checkout at an additional cost, and manage it in the same client area as your hosting.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed automatically, monthly or yearly depending on the billing cycle you choose, until you cancel.
Do you offer free SSL certificates?
Yes. Every hosting plan includes free SSL certificates, which encrypt the connection between your website and its visitors.
What control panel do you use?
DirectAdmin. You create e-mail accounts, manage domains and databases, and upload files in one interface.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a bigger plan at any time.
